Basic Training

In this three-day workshop, we’ll practice the foundational Universal Healing Tao meditations and exercises together and we'll discuss the basis of Taoism, self-healing, wellness and spirituality. This workshop is both for beginners to the Universal Healing Tao as well as longtime students.

Healing Love

Healing Love is the overall teaching of sexual energy cultivation; it focuses on energy cultivation meditations and physical exercises that benefit women and men of all ages and life stages. In addition to being an energizing and spiritual practice, these practices result in improved vitality, health, well-being, sexuality and fertility.

In the Tao, we believe that we are all born with original or life force energy (Jing) and much of this energy is stored within our sexual organs as well as the kidneys, the organs connected to sexuality. This is the energy that has created us and the energy that connects our physical body to our soul. When there is no more life force energy left in the body, our soul separates from the physical body and we die.

As we move through life, we lose this original force. Women primarily lose this energy through menstruation and childbearing, and men lose this energy through ejaculation. Through the Healing Love practices, we’re able to cultivate more of this original force as well as learn how to conserve and store it in the body.

For women, the practices help to balance hormones, normalize cycles, relieve menstrual or menopausal symptoms and enhance sexual pleasure. The Female Healing exercises have also been regarded as a natural cosmetic for women known to develop inner beauty that shines through as outer radiance.

For men, the practices teach how to harness and guide sexual energy, including controlling ejaculation to become multi-orgasmic, and the practices also support prostate and male sexual organ health.

After a Healing Love course, participants generally feel rejuvenated, refreshed and energetic. With this achievement of a higher state of well-being, we naturally gain an increased understanding of our spiritual nature.

Tao Yin

The Tao Yin exercises are all performed in either lying or sitting positions. They provide unique benefits that cannot be so readily achieved in standing or moving practices, such as Iron Shirt Chi Kung or Tai Chi. Improved patterns of physical alignment and movement will recondition the spine and refresh the body by opening chi flow in the meridians.

Tendons and psoas muscles will be imbued with the power of elasticity, and the spine becomes more flexible. Employing the dynamic principle of 'finding the straight in the curve' enables the practitioner to grow and strengthen the tendons and to cultivate their elasticity.

Tao Yin exercises are moving meditations. Using the inner smile, one trains the feeling and awareness brain, the Second Brain in the abdomen, to coordinate and direct the actions in the body. They integrate the subtle power of the breath and mind in the process. The practitioner learns to train and develop 'Yi,' the mind-eye-heart power. The practice cultivates gentleness while developing strength. One learns to breathe consciously with the light in order to release tensions and toxins and to energize tired or weak areas during rest between exercises. A balanced Tao Yin session ends with 'Yin Meditation.' With the body deeply relaxed, the mind calm, the tan tien full of chi and chi flowing in the meridians - one might experience the fullness of delightful yang 'cell massage' or the refined yin state of inner 'embryonic breathing.' This foundation practice supports all other practices.

Fusion of the Five Elements

In the Fusion course, we balance and condense our internal energy to connect with the Source and download the information from the Universe to expand our spiritual practice. It is a powerful practice that further opens channels in the body using the eight forces of the Pakua.

About teacher

»I became a student of Taoist Master Mantak Chia’s in 1987 and I’ve been committed to advancing myself in the Taoist energy practices since then.

In 1990, I became an instructor to begin teaching the Universal Healing Tao system in Germany and Switzerland. Later I moved to Thailand to live, work and teach at Master  Chia’s centre, the Tao Garden Health Spa & Resort.

By 2001, I became a Senior Instructor teaching many levels and forms of the energy practices, including much of what I

teach today - different Chi Kung and Tai Chi forms, Healing Love practices for women and men, Fusion of the five Elements and Kan & Li. These are the highest meditations of inner alchemy. In addition, I taught the technique of cosmic healing and Chi Nei Tsang I, II and III massage training.

In 2010, I was appointed global head of business for Chi Nei Tsang. Since then, I manage, under Master Chia, and with a team of senior teachers, the curriculum that is taught about Chi Nei Tsang around the world.

I really like to teach and I am happy when I can inspire others to learn these old practices as well. Practicing the Tao becomes a lifestyle as it affects every part of life.

I am delighted to teach the various disciplines of the Universal Healing Tao throughout the world. This energy has completely changed my life and my understanding of spirituality.«
