Chi Nei Tsang I

In the Chi Nei Tsang I workshop, we learn the massage methods to release knots and tangles from the intestine. Chi, life-force energy, moves through the body’s internal channels, nervous system, blood vessels and lymphatic glands. These systems concentrate and cross paths in the abdomen which acts as their control center.

Tensions, worries, and stresses of the day, month or year accumulate there and are seldom dispersed. These disturbances can cause physical tangling and knotting of the nerves, blood vessels and lymph nodes. The result is the gradual obstruction of energy circulation, and therefore, all the vital energy functions strain, slowly weaken the internal organs and decrease energy. As a result, disease and many unwanted symptoms can begin to develop throughout the mind and body.

Chi Nei Tsang is a Chinese term for the internal organ Chi massage that helps clear out toxins, bad emotions and excessive heat or heat deficiencies that cause the organs to dysfunction.

The massage techniques we learn at this workshop promote healing by massaging directly over the navel and surrounding abdominal area where stress, tension and negative emotions accumulate and congest.

Chi Nei Tsang Microcurrent is a powerful and innovative healing technique developed by Master Mantak Chia in Tao Garden, Thailand in 2016. A state of the art combination of Microcurrent Electrical Therapy and ancient Taoist Chi Nei Tsang Energy Massage is a unique, holistic approach of ancient knowledge and modern technology which brings a whole new dimension to Energy Medicine evolving in the world today.

Microcurrent is a low amperage, pulsating current of electricity with a frequency just above the levels of the bio-electricity produced in the cells of the human body. Since this frequency is very similar to the electrical level of the body’s cells, microcurrent is easily absorbed and used by the body to boost its own healing process. Efficiently regenerating the central nervous system and support the major energy meridians of the body, CNT Microcurrent addresses the most important communication systems of the body and brain to increase energy levels and circulation, relieve pain and restore optimum health. It brings a deeply relaxing and energizing experience that regenerates the entire nervous system, supports muscle-tendon recuperation, enhances blood flow while eliminating toxins and reducing inflammation, acute or chronic pain. It gently restores microcirculation of the vessels, tissues and cells, regenerating the nerves and organs, balancing hormonal function and pH in the blood.

This is a uniquely modern Universal Healing Tao Signature Treatment, a highly efficient technique for all people looking for better understanding of Energy Medicine self-healing methods and practitioners looking to learn new tools for improving effectiveness in their work.

In a short demonstration Nataša Kovač will show students how to  use CNT Microcurrent.

People often ask if this course is just for massage therapists or other alternative healers.

This workshop is for all:  all Tao students who are interested in advancing to another level of spiritual and practical development, as well as those who would like to become practitioners to enhance their massage or medicinal trade. The courses give you the opportunity to learn more about your own body and how to heal yourself as well as how to help others whether it be family, friends or clients.

Chi Nei Tsang II with certification - theory and practice

In the Chi Nei Tsang II workshop, we expand on the knowledge and massage techniques learned in Chi Nei Tsang I and we primarily focus on working to release the trapped winds in the body.

In this course, you will learn about the Twelve Winds, how to chase and discharge them from the body and how to inject good Chi back into the vital organs and glands. If properly addressed, the destructive impact of these immaterial and invisible wind forces can be avoided and considerable harm prevented.

We use the elbow in a highly effective technique to release trapped winds from deeper parts of the intestine and the body. In this way, the practitioner is able to assist students with chronic and acute challenges in internal tissues, organs and energy systems to improve and restore their health.

In addition to improving overall health and vitality, Chi Nei Tsang II Massage can help with:

Digestive problems, such as irritable bowel syndrome, bloating and constipation
Detox through elimination of toxins in the gastrointestinal tract and promoting lymphatic drainage
Releasing various pain and tension including neck and related headache pain and lower back pain or issues with the sciatic nerve
Alleviating asthma symptoms
Improving circulation and cardiovascular health
Women’s health conditions including endometriosis and menstrual problems
Men’s health conditions including infertility and impotence

Benefits students experience during the workshop:

Learn effective massage techniques and an Eastern medicine perspective of healing of oneself and assisting others in their healing.
Detox – Because we practice the wind-releasing massage techniques on each other throughout the workshop, you will receive the benefits of Chi Nei Tsang II massage with physical and emotional detox.
As a result, you may experience: increased energy and positivity, relaxation and stress relief, a stronger connection to spirituality and possibly a release of negative emotions or experiences.
Participants often report that they feel a great relief of heaviness or emotional burden and many also experience relief of pre-existing physical discomfort or pain.

Cosmic Healing I - Buddha Palm

In the Cosmic Healing I retreat, we learn the art of channeling pure Cosmic Chi for healing oneself or others. This practice will teach you how to ground the sick energy to the earth and to disperse it into the Universe to be decomposed and recycled by the planets.

There are four stages to this teaching which we will learn together at this retreat including various forms of meditation, Chi Kung and healing modalities, which all together energize us and give us a sense of connection, vitality, clarity and balance.

We begin with refining our emotional energy through the foundational Universal Healing Tao meditations, such as the Inner Smile.
We then learn and practice together the Activation of the Six Directions and Three Fires Chi Kung, a powerful energetic technique that leaves you feeling fully energized, connected and grounded in mind, body and spirit.
At the third stage, we begin to practice Cosmic Healing Chi Kung. In this practice, the practitioner learns to absorb the Heavenly and Earth forces through the hands and then energizes and balances channels in the body.
The final part of this teaching is the mastering of the healing modality in Cosmic Healing. We learn to draw in the universal energy in the form of colors for healing or energizing different parts of the body. We then practice directing that energy to pinpoint locations on the body through different techniques.

Cosmic Healing is truly a profound practice that can be incorporated into your own self-healing journey. It can also be used as a practice for healing others or used in combination with other healing modalities, like Chi Nei Tsang massage, to enhance the therapeutic effects. It’s important to note then when treating others with Cosmic Healing, because you are channeling energy, this a practice that leaves both the practitioner and the one receiving the treatment more energized than before.

During the retreat, we also learn Buddha Palm practices, hand techniques for detoxifying and rejuvenating the vital organs. This practice in combination with Cosmic Healing allows you to develop your most powerful healing potential by drawing in the energy of your Mind, Eyes, Heart and Intention.

Benefits students often experience during the retreat:

Improved energy
Enhanced sense of balance and feeling grounded
Relaxation and stress relief
Increased positivity, clarity and balance
If you have any injury, pain or illness, you may experience some symptoms of relief as we practice healing on each other throughout the retreat

Over time, the benefits of these practices are enhanced.

About teacher: Jutta Kellenberger, Universal Healing Tao Senior Instructor

»I became a student of Taoist Master Mantak Chia’s in 1987 and I’ve been committed to advancing myself in the Taoist energy practices since then.

In 1990, I became an instructor to begin teaching the Universal Healing Tao system in Germany and Switzerland. Later I moved to Thailand to live, work and teach at Master  Chia’s centre, the Tao Garden Health Spa & Resort.

By 2001, I became a Senior Instructor teaching many levels and forms of the energy practices, including much of what I teach today - different Chi Kung and Tai Chi forms, Healing Love practices for women and men, Fusion of the five Elements and Kan & Li. These are the highest meditations of inner alchemy. In addition, I taught the technique of cosmic healing and Chi Nei Tsang I, II and III massage training.

In 2010, I was appointed global head of business for Chi Nei Tsang. Since then, I manage, under Master Chia, and with a team of senior teachers, the curriculum that is taught about Chi Nei Tsang around the world.

I really like to teach and I am happy when I can inspire others to learn these old practices as well. Practicing the Tao becomes a lifestyle as it affects every part of life.

I am delighted to teach the various disciplines of the Universal Healing Tao throughout the world. This energy has completely changed my life and my understanding of spirituality.«
